I don't think a deal will be announced on Monday. By the looks of things, the WISCO exec might have been a little pre-emptive.

The other company mentioned in the original article (Adriana Resources) has said they have no deal yet - only preliminary discussions.

On the positive side, their shares were up 37% in Toronto on Firday (ADI.V)

Would be nice to see SDL up 37% on Monday. (on no announcement)
