I think more likely mid tier rather than Total ect.
Im not sure Tullow is flush with cash.
Last thing we need is a poverty stricken mid tier.
Someone like Cairn Energy, heaps of cash and assets onshore experience in India.
But the bigger they are the more of a control freak they will be.
SM has hinted that they need someone who can get this to production.
Someone cashed up small enough to get a move on and above all HAS to have getting to production asap in line with Ivz and Zimbabwe.
