I genuinely find it confusing why you think having 45 years of cash is something to boast about. That would mean:
45 years of not spendingMeaning 45 years of no progress
Meaning 45 years of no return on investment
Meaning in 45 years, you've done nothing, have no money, and can't afford to keep the asset.
Why would anyone listen to you, your thought process is nuts.
