    Icon has a market cap of $2B and FBR $200m (AUD). That means that FBR would be 15% of a merger and unable to acquire.
    FBR would be better off if they could find someone with a better material technology, then they don't need Icon.

    That said, perhaps they should just focus on laying blocks
