We're all doing it here - based oh hope! Lot's of things can and Will happen. We may - or may Not make it.
I think whilst optimism is fine, we need to dampen our enthusiasm a bit and be more careful about confirmation bias esp. whilst the market does not see what we believe in, and whilst talking amongst ourselves in the echo chamber.
