I have been waiting for this capital raise since early July.. I bought a minimal holding in each of my entities, just in case it’s the customary insto placement plus $30k SPP that has become the fashion. This capital raising was inevitable given the cash position and their cash burn. But will it be an inset placement, or an equity deal with one of their industry supporters, that is the question. If the latter, then stock will be scarce. If the former, then I suspect it will simply meander on until we get something out of this US demo.
