Assume the prospective partner is Paradise Textiles ( Alpine Group ), with whom a terms sheet for a JV has been signed.

But,

could it be the Aditya Birla Group, with whom we now share a granted patent, and ready to scale.
or perhaps INDITEX, who we signed an MOU back in June 2002 and supplied Nullabor, but have heard little of since.
