It is unfortunate for those that cannot or will not be taking up their entitlement I empathise with you all.

However their lack of buying will create a windfall for me as it may mean that my over subscription will be filled. And in a few years time when I look back at this opportunity I will thank my lucky stars that it happened just at the right time for me, my break even was at over 2.50 before this board took over now it will be substantially lower and that means my profit will be higher in years to come.

I understand the angst that some might be feeling over the share price, I've been there desperate for money myself (I had to search eBay for a second hand wheelchair because the old board were sucking the life from this company).
But with a very fortunate draw-down from my Super I have managed to free some other funds earmarked for a disability vehicle and such can now invest in the technology that I am still very confidant about. And hopefully securing my future a little better than the super fund managers that sent that backwards.

I don't understand the ears pinned back reference, but my eyes have squinted long and hard at what is going on with TZL and I'm impressed with the progress it is making. The setting up of this PAD trial is fantastic with its custom instillation and most importantly its ongoing lease payments/recurring income once successful. And once it starts spreading to other locations they better have the fire department on standby because the sales department will be on fire.

I don't know about you but I hate it when I get a note saying the postman needed to deliver something or a courier did but I wasn't home, it initiates a trip to the Post Office or a depot somewhere to pick up a parcel for want of a signature, a pain in the butt. There have been times when I have had to stay at home waiting to see if urgent mail would turn up however if I could have been out and gotten a text to say it's arrived and was safely stored life would have been easier.

Anyone that thinks this trial won't work has got rocks in their head just the excitement the text message will create will give the system the thumbs up with residents. Not to mention being able to arrive home at 10pm and still get your package safe and sound not just a note to say you need to arrange to pick it up the next day.

The trial will take months and the roll out many more; no one can wiggle their nose and make it happen any faster. Have you ever asked a cabinet maker to make a kitchen? Concept, Production Lead Time, Plans, Materials ordering and delivery, Cutting, Forming, Edging, Construction, Delivery, Installation.

Yes it will all take time

To get to where we are has taken time. Discussions, Meetings, Ideas, Concepts, Presentations, Consultations, Researching, Designing, Planning.

There are Legal implications, Logistical implications, Manpower implications, Contractual implications all these need to be discussed and resolved. We have to ensure that we can service any and all equipment that we install, once again more of the above.

Yes it will all take time.
However at least it is now moving in the right direction. It may be a couple of years before we are really seeing the plans all come to fruition but we are getting there.
Sure there will be dilution with this rights issue but some of it will be in my portfolio and as the price rises the shares I bought at $.35 will reap me a profit.

I'm happy to wait, I'm happy with the work our team has done, and I'm happy the rights issue, if I could jump for joy I would.
