This will really suit RIO, a script bid or cash i'd assume would need to be north of $8.50 to have any chance. LTM making free cashflow and expanding even at todays lithium prices, the dual listing maybe an issue for a script bid.

This is the second article i've seen mentioning RIO and LTM and the commentary from the RIO MD cements the thesis of acquiring Argentinian assets or business already operating near the new RIO operation.

Lets see what unfolds, happy to hold this one long term like INR, IGO for the eventual lithium price rebound

I just hope the LTM management team are smart enough to not ac accept an offer below $11.50 , the price when the merged entity started trading late Dec. 23....I'm starting to get very nervous as selling below this level I personally lose a truck load and I am sure many others would too.
