So on that basis, for diagnostics alone, CU6 current share price mid $6's is low to fair value.
And anything related to the more sought after (by BP) therapy is yet to be reflected in the share price! Knowing that Cu67 could potentially be best in class suggests Clarity has a long way to go before the market fully values its appropriately.
Thus I remain unsure as to whether AT and the rest of the board would consider being bought out before something closer to full value is reflected in the share price - we've obviously got a long way to go.
