    So this CR could go 2 ways here:

    1. Conrnerstone investor, perhaps over 15% with shareholder approval
    2. FBR tried to get SAT over the line but hit a roadblock and went for cash before market finds out. (not sure if this violates disclosure)

    I'm hoping for 1.
