I dont know...they may. My opinion, of which is worth nothing because I am a mere speculator, is that Moranbah wasnt going to be maintained well enough to see through TECH, they got it for a steal to support TECH, its a bit of a dud commercially as well as technically run its course, and so thats where its at. A really difficult asset to keep producing at top numbers.
On top of that, a TECH project that's kind of expensive in the middle of a commodity downturn that it will rely heavily on. Its a tough one from here.
