Is seems that new management are giving the legal minimum of information as they do not wish to be seen to be giving optimistic reports which may later disappoint.
So it is even possible that there will be no further news at the ATM at end of November, so next quarterly report is due end January.
Not sure why management is not telling us what is happening.
Seems appropriate to vote against resolutions 6-10 at the AGM on the basis, we cannot judge if options exercise price is fair and reasonable, as we have no recent information
