your quarterly reporting date is known in advance. It's there every year,, every quarter. People taking holidays have to plan around things. It isn't a valid excuse to say you were on holidays this year , my bad we're running a bit late.
this is an ASX listed company not the corner deli run by mum and dad. Besides compliance this would be unprofessional at a minimum.
