the whole premise os the ABCC was to deal with the problems created by the CFMEU..... why did they not give the ABCC the authority to deal with the union. to disband ore regulated the union to remove the leadership and break the union into smaller industry sectors?
its a mystery how their primary aim was left unaddressed.
