That's not my point though.
If you go back to the last BLA resub, there was no announcement that included similar wording to this.
If you have worked in the corporate field you would know that every word that goes out to market is chosen carefully and often intentionally.
The speculation of the possibility of an earlier decision is IMO anyway.
