If you assume that Market value is underlying value discounted by a risk factor, you get a feel for how big a risk factor the market is pricing in.

Now if a significant portion of the risk is lack of funding, and you could remove this, in theory the share price should get an immediate leg up.

Surely this is a conversation that DJ is / should be having with the numerous contacts in his little black book. A cornerstone investor wouldn't have to stump up a whole lot to get this show back on the road.

If you believe in the future of lithium, and believe that prices must at some point recover, it shouldn't be that difficult a conversation.
