HFR current MC is ~$125m = US$81.5m, let’s just call it US$80m for nice round numbers…+US$220m equity capital = US$300m. So, US$90m is 30% of that. To get 50%, Southey would have to be valued at US$120m, so Y own US$210m of a total US$420m. Is Southey worth US$120m?
