Hocking of chunks of land to the neighbours isn't anything to be proud of
it's basically admitting KAI aren't good enough to explore it, let alon find anything
Dont confuse selling off assets with creating value
they know they can't raise cash anymore
this was their only option
But its a change from the usual
at least the salary tap will keep pouring
