I agree batty, CR should have been done at 20 cents plus at the least, 11 cents is very disappointing and I can't help thinking it was a cover tactic to falling SP.
ARR CR was at a different time in the market cycle capitalizing on stronger REE prices and I88 have struck while the iron is hot taking advantage of a significant rise in SP but get what you're saying in terms of strategy, MEI had plenty of time to organise this much better. To mine eyes this CR by MEI doesn't appear to have been part of their strategy at this time and yes I hope they have learnt a lesson from this but you're a little hard looking for heads to mount on the cave wall batty.
