ARR CR was at a different time in the market cycle capitalizing on stronger REE prices and I88 have struck while the iron is hot taking advantage of a significant rise in SP but get what you're saying in terms of strategy, MEI had plenty of time to organise this much better. To mine eyes this CR by MEI doesn't appear to have been part of their strategy at this time and yes I hope they have learnt a lesson from this but you're a little hard looking for heads to mount on the cave wall batty.

Company can't win either way if SS impressed and SP started moving north and a CR was done punters would be disappointed in the timing still. They have coin in the bank, more high grade resource about to be added in, Hopefully replicate VMM metwork and bring that Capex down and all is golden. I agree MEI played it safe with the SS if they can't make it work then the RE industry needs to pack it in and go home imo.
