I really doubt a report as public as this would be modified and the backlash for doing something like that would end peoples careers for sure. NICC probably are going to do some wording BS to try seem non bias but Week's......well I don't think he could manage 3 hens in a chicken coop to lay one egg between them so "special manager" means run back to his masters and report anything possible to suit his narrative.
