Mr Richard Martin is a Director of the venture capital group First Cape Management. Mr Martin began his career working as a Chartered Accountant in public practice and has been a partner in the accounting firm of Trood Pratt & Co. His work has included complex business structuring and financing, the public listing of companies, the management of foreign currency portfolios, and the negotiation and implementation on the purchase and sale of small & large enterprises.

Examining the Top 50 shareholders and analysing the relationships to the Directors and requesting a discloser is a worthwhile exercise. It is a good feeling to find many Directors and those associated to Directors loaded up.

Gives you a good sense of security to know they are loading up through various entities and family.

Except for the retiring Director that has put undeserved pressure on the SP since mid 6s.

Geoff sounds like he is on the verge of an ANN hopefully before the AGM. As he told me directly do not count a very positive ANN out before the meet.

Plus Geoff is unbelievably confident that he will get his Feb 2011 Oppies converted for a cool 6.4 Million in the bank...and what price are the Oppies 6.5c. That is 40% up from current SP levels... I cannot see why people cannot join the dots on this Play.

This means somthing special MUST happen well before Feb (That is 2 months) as you will not get Oppies converted unless you trading well above 6.5c. As who will risk a drop if trading around that price.

So indirectly Geoff is claiming that somehow the SP will be approx. double within 2-3 months. What needs to happen to achieve this (Pick one);

1) Confirmation of another major signing like Geoff's X-Coy ROCHE.

2) Income guidence from Bangs and Mercks for 2011-12.

3) Takeover offer.

4) Large Director buys

Something needs to happen for Oppie holders to convert in Feb.
