I remember Tim saying in a crux interview a year or more ago something along the lines of funding "you only get one chance to put your hand out for funding so you need to do it right". The idea and reasoning of bringing Brett in to the fold was to aggressively accelerate the growth / expansion in what looks to be the Wind Turbine area. Lots and lots of talk about potential partners, will be extremely disappointing if another capital raise occurs prior to partnership & funding announcements. Being aggressive and pushing would have also been the reason to increase from 400 -> 1200 mt in the feasibility study which is why it probably got delayed from Q2 to Q3. You'd almost have to point the finger and say Brett was hired 6-12 months too early in that case, costing an extremely large amount of shareholder value.
