Suvo and PERMAcast will each hold 50% of shares issued in the SPV Entity.
The proposed terms of the JDA require PERMAcast to provide the capital
required to fund the SPV Entity.
I would have thought that if Permacast has to provide the capital and the shares are 50/50 that means we get 50 % of the profits. happy to be corrected by someone with legal knowledge looking at the announcements
