I.never really thought that it would impact the price on ASX to much. The main benefit I see is that its a source of funds (now an into the the future) that does not really dilute what is happening on the ASX (as mutupa will hold the underlying shares and presumably not trade them). Of course the dilution will still be there in a takeover event.
