If it's not managements fault, who, we pay handsomely, via short term and long term incentives, then who's fault is it? They're the ones that submitted resumes and passed muster to secure the roles they hold in order to be rewarded for delivering.

There are so many complacent shareholders here that seem content with underperformance.
