    a part of me recently has thought a rate cut or 2 and then a return to rate rises.

    'If the Chinese economy falls into the trap of low inflation, the consequences will be severe. Therefore, we should set a hard target of 2-3% CPI growth and shift our policy preference from investment to consumption'
