it would have been reckless for them to not raise, which is why I was so surprised so many seemed to think they didn't need it. You don't drill until you run out of money hoping your promise turns into reality. You raise and secure your safety... then drill for the victory.
They did what they should, let' hope it is at a good price. Market is gross today so arguably the best outcome!
