As someone who has been invested in FBR for ages, you would know they have been building in Perth for years now.
You probably also realise it would take many more ages for FBR to build their way to the amount of capital required to manufacture Hadrian Xs at scale. The focus on partnerships in US is obviously the best and quickest path the company has found to ramp up production so we can all benefit from well known economies of scale both by manufacturing more Hadrian Xs for less and therefore having more of them out in the world earning by building walls. In fact, WaaS won’t be a viable business offering in any market until there are enough Hadrian Xs available to reliably satisfy the demand for the service they provide from builders.
