I agree. Company is spending more on chasing revenue that is at best years away, whilst their current revenue is lower than expected and stretching the sales forces time to cover other products instead of reaching goals. Then they employ more expensive management in sales. Seem very focused on building a distribution network by spending lots up front and promising riches down the track, but then not really delivering. I suspect we'll run out of cash buffer / borrowings faster than anticipated. Maybe they should focus on getting the foundations right before adding new products and expanding the sales force...!
