Water is definitely the future!Some simple math, 10GL is equal to 10m kiloliters, at the base case price of $2.94, that’s $29.4m worth of water. Less costs, less 50% to KAC, that will be where we see significant growth this year. If they could get top dollar it’s as high as $90m less costs and 50% to KAC.
They’ll find a tier 1 client to smooth out the fluctuations by having a take or pay contract.
These guys rarely miss targets, multiple that out to 100GL and this company has plenty more growth in it
and that’s separate to any other bolt on acquisitions they find.
