I don't see a reason he needs to be more focused to get those shares to ATH. Reasons being

1) most of those shares are given to him for free while being not as focus.

2) Issuing more shares to get rich is easier than getting the SP to ATH.

Either way, he is a multimillionaire now. And... Most of you here just kept averaging down by using money earned from 60 hours work week $100k per annum package.
