They only need a million dollars , as the second million is underwritten by Sill capital. Sill are getting $250,000 to underwrite a million, that's 25 per cent fee.

This no doubt reflects the difficulty and length of time it will take to sell them on market, given the fact that they can be bought on market for a tenth of a cent, and they are wanting four tenths of a cent in the capital raise.
There will be another 455 million shares, if they can find enough member of the public foolish enough to take them.
Or they will have to organise a round robbin, which shouldn't be difficult given how much they have riped out of company. Just one big scam.

To be fair it's only August and Deans had a fair bit on his plate lately.When you step back and actually look from an unbiased perspective it's comforting to see the inroads that have been made over 2024. I can already tell it's going to be a hot summer in more ways than one. Be excited for 2024/2025 @bubble
