Could anyone else provide their perspective on whether or not to join the class action? I believe that if, before the September deadline for joining the class action, the stock price increases to 80 cents or higher, I would opt not to participate. Conversely, if the stock price does not reach that level, I would consider joining the class action, as there would be no significant risk involved.
