Observed consensus is that there exists a higher fear of CR than a failed IP. If that is true then from a risk perspective the following perhaps also requires consideration when making an assessment of value. Impact of CR on the near term SP ? (-) 30 %. Impact of a positive IP announcement on the near term SP ? (+) 125 %. Odds Risk 3:12.50. Observation only. My opinion only of course!
