A valide question, very simple answers in 2 points:
- HWGA nailed it above, Australia is so backward in adopting new technology, could yourself imagine the valuations for 3D printing in Australia, e.g. ICON = USD$2B would probably be AUD$0.001 if listed in ASX
- Mike said in the 2nd podcast recently, Florida alone built more house in a year than Australia combined, or similiar can't remember the exact wording.
