Chris Rovira is a top holder who has lots of experience in the sector. He's young and could probably bring some real energy and excitement to the company. He's got skin in the game which is always good to have when stewarding the company. Mike McFadyen is older but has literally been behind billion dollar deals in the sector. You might say they don't have a track record of being CEO but look at the shareprice of SHE/ AVW and Minquest during the time of our CEO. Where are the happy shareholders that have made money? Chris Rovira knows what a happy shareholder is as his dad made many with the company he lead.
