    the leverage is in the neibouring land holders, HYT drill and confirm and all the neighbours are rich overnight, thats why they havent signed the properties over to lease

    call the HYT boss and ask

    HYT have tried to get the land


    think about it rationally, HYT are the concept provers then all the others make money
