Ann: JLG announces acquisition of SSKB Strata & Chill-Rite HVAC, page-3

I’d still like to see a better balance between SH being recognised (via analyst reports etc), and thus a SP re-rating, and acquisitions ! The takeovers May be accretive in nature, but at what point does the profit declaration and increase warrant more recognition ?. With JLG, it just seems to be one step fwd and one step back and basically treading water. Not unhappy with JLG, but probably becoming a little impatient to see the success of the business translate into a higher SP. I guess that we still seem to be in the growth stage and as long as borrowings aren’t “overdone”, then we will reap the benefits in the longer term (hopefully shorter !)
