I dont want to harp on but mgt has to take some responsibility for what has happened over last week, as Nic said in a previous interview/ AGM when questioned about possible future selling from IG, he stated it was up to him to find buyers and due to lack of clarity ( until recently ) around future strategies etc he can't find any large buyers / institutions to clear up the heavy offload of stock. To see ALK at .415c , down over 20% in the last week ( and 50% in the last 12 months ) when Gold is at record highs, is nothing short of a disgrace to the board of ALK and they need an overhaul to turn things around because at the end of the day all a shareholder is concerned about is basically that the price of his shares is not been decimated and hopefully going up, we all buy shares in a company either for dividends or share appreciation and that is not happening here.
