Management and board not for me. CEO's doing two jobs at once - running Oko and PHX:ASX. How is that fair? Based on last rem report, he will be on $360k salary (not even taking into account share based payments). Not to mention his past experience at DOU:ASX during which he oversaw the complete destruction of shareholder wealth. Nick England and Dennis Bastas own a decent amount of shares, but unfortunately Dennis Bastas is a billionaire, so he probably couldn't care less how this investment goes. Why didn't they just keep Nick England as CEO? He seems to have extensive experience in the healthcare sector and was previously on the Board of the MDR:ASX which is really taking off atm.
