Thanks for the comprehensive response, along with those from others. I appreciate that Australia can be slow to change. I'm a civil engineer and the sector I play in, sewerage standards, I've experienced that where we had to force the industry to do the cheaper better thing. Simply didn't want to change thinking. And we're very wary to invest in new ideas in Australia whereas they tend to give it a go in USA.
I'm still loading up more, as the upside is so massive and almost all the risks are resolved.
