my guess is 1.8c but still no opportunity for shareholders to participate...note the shares directors took in lieu of fees are already in the money to the tune of about 1.1c or 90%, not bad for a few weeks work, if they were to cash out for quick profits you could start to ask questions, but i suspect they will hold those shares..
