For those who might be reassured by such news, I have conducted numerous readings of the chicken entrails over the weekend and consulted my updated charts, to come to the conclusion that there's a high probability of OVR reaching 30 cents before close of trading this Friday, 26 November.
Achievement of this target is not dependent on the release of any new announcements, but should result from an increase in normal buying pressure. Naturally, any positive annnouncement during the week would change this projection considerably, for the better.
