Imagine how those german private wealth fund investors are feeling about being told by Cinnebon and the BOD that they would sell them their own personal shares in VRX ! Talk about a red flag. You'd think they would have asked themselves why the cash they were investing wouldnt be going into the company's cash reserves, but instead going into the pockets of the BOD ? Jeez. The germans were taken for a ride, as were the rest of us, as it turns out.
