I think PLS is generous when offer 20m for the that non-core ground, while KAI market cap after increase 30% as of today is 28.8mil. Obviously, Dale knows it will be valuable Stategic investment in the future. Grats to those who hold Kai. TKM also rise quite a bit today, wonder if it related to the news.
