The US market isn't going to collapse there's been 10 weeks of ATHs across the S&P500, Dow, Nasdaq this is profit taking and a pullback which was rightly due nothing can go up forever.
There's a presidential race on in the US and the markets will have volatility this is nothing new. I quite like reading your posts you offer some great info but I don't agree with your view on a property crash here in Aus, yes we will see foreclosures due to mortgage stress and job losses but a crash imo isn't going to happen (although i think a good 15-20% drop would be healthy that might happen but i wouldn't be holding my breath. The commodity cycle has just begun Gold Aths along with others the big money will flow back into small caps gold producers etc etc and rate cuts are on the way.( The cyclical cycle has started) anyway just my view on things.
