Good point Malmanu. The directors incentive options from memory are exercisable at 3 or 4c each. So buying in at less than that would seem to be fairly safe. Patience is still required though, as things may not happen in a hurry. Then again, the market often acts as a barometer not a thermometer so the shares could start moving well before the Phase II trial results are released. Also, there are so many experts involved in the trial, at many different sites, that early success could filter out well before NEU make any announcements.
