The biggest holdup since May 20 announcement has been the inability for RDN to go ahead with what they were ready and prepared to do, and the reason for this has been the WA's gov's, DEMIRS, absence of signing of DNR's permits and approvals.
Once the go ahead is given, then all activities by DNR, in whatever order they please, with no further governmental restrictions, can proceed.
